Living in upstate New York has it's advantages: the finger lakes, wine country, easy access to Canada, and a definite change of seasons. Spring and fall are a wonderful explosion of colors, summers are temperate, but not over-bearing, and winter is... well, it just is. I was coming home from happy hour the other night, and happened to glance down at my temperature gauge in the car. Needless to say...I can definitely appreciate seat warmers and heated steering wheels!
