Today's photo was taken by a guest photographer- my cousin.
As I've said before, my Dad is German- he and his family came over here in the 1950's, courtesy of the Woodruff family (who owns Coca-Cola). Old Mr. Woodruff had a chicken farm in Columbus, Georgia, and sponsored our family to come over and work for him. My grandad (Opa) managed his chicken farm.
This is a picture of the house they lived in during that time.
